Sample Making Bulk Production

Sample Making

Sample making is a must before bulk production. It lets you see your design in real form and helps us accurately estimate material and process costs — preventing issues down the line.

At Windvivid, we review your tech pack, spot potential challenges, and offer improvement suggestions. With our expertise and efficient workflow, we deliver samples quickly with excellent craftsmanship.

We also accept standalone sample orders and single-piece custom wear. Samples are charged based on actual design — no free sampling.

What do I need to provide for sampling?
You need to provide your design tech pack. It can be in any format, as long as it clearly communicates your requirements. It typically includes: mock up/sketches, sizing, measurement, fabric, craftsmanship, sewing, and reference images.
Can I customize the sizing?
Absolutely. We welcome custom sizing based on your physical samples. We also provide a size guide to help you measure garments correctly.
How long does sampling usually take?
Sample making typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on your specific design. Shipping takes 3–10 days, depending on the shipping method and destination you choose.

Bulk Production

Windvivid delivers efficient and reliable bulk production. From sample to bulk order, we uphold the same high standards to ensure consistent quality and attention to detail. We also offer flexible supporting solutions tailored to your specific needs.

Worried about fabrics, patterns, or craftsmanship? We're based in China. With the right budget and quantity, we can make almost anything you can imagine.

What do I need to prepare before production?
You'll need a sample — either made by Windvivid or provided by you.
What is the MOQ?
We don't have a set MOQ, but lower quantities mean higher unit costs. Generally, using up one full roll of fabric per design is the most cost-effective — roughly 30 hoodies or 50 T-shirts per roll, depending on the fabric and design.
Are there any size restrictions?
None at all. Just let us know your size range in advance so we can quote accurately.
How long does bulk production take?
About 2–4 weeks after pre-production sample approval, depending on the design.
What shipping options do you offer?
We can arrange sea freight, air freight, or courier based on your needs. You're also welcome to use your own forwarder.
